Music by Arvo Part and various other composers.

Executive Chef Zaineb Barstead will be preparing Tunisian appetizers for our afternoon of delight.  You won’t want to miss these!  Taste of Tunisia - With its heart in the Mediterranean region, Tunisian cuisine is a melting pot of culinary influences, although food of today is well seasoned and full of aromatic herbs and spices from garlic, onion, saffron to basil and cloves.  So, today not only the taste, but also the aroma, herbs and spices will transport you to North Africa.

Bossa Nova, Neo Son music by Joshue.  Joshue’s career is characterized by his global musical vision.  As a musican Joshue has always been fascinated by new cultural sounds.  This fascination has led him to many Latin American countries where he absorbed the soul of the music and its influences and which have led to Joshue’s creating the Neo Son sound.
