Join us for an unforgettable evening of music, culture, and community at the International Jazz Series “El Lago Suena.”

After a remarkable and sold-out first concert, the International Jazz Series “El Lago Suena” continues with a very special guest: Italian trumpeter Cosimo Boni, a New York–based musician recognized for his expressive sound and powerful improvisation.

A graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music, Cosimo has performed with renowned artists and appeared in festivals and venues across the United States and Europe. Now he brings his music to Lake Chapala for a unique evening of world-class jazz.

Chapala Lakeside will host the Ciclo Internacional de Jazz with Italy as the guest country. The Italian Cultural Institute in Mexico City has invited musicians for six concerts as part of Eurojazz (International Jazz Festival in Mexico City).

These renowned musicians are coming to Ajijic to participate in the concerts organized by Rezzonante, the second concert will take place ​on Friday April 3rd, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at The Garden of Dreams Hotel in Ajijic and part of the ticket ​price will benefit​ the children's programs in San Pedro Itzicán​, who are part of the Poco a Poco​ San Pedro Itzican Community Center.

These 6 concerts will be the preview for the International Jazz Festival in Ajijic that will be announced by the end of the year.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and concert starts at 6:30 p.m.

​Tickets are $350 pesos per person per concert pre-event sale price

and $500 pesos day of the event.
