Mictlan is a concept that explores the journey of the soul and eternal rest.

Learn to create your own papel picado and take home the spirit of this beautiful tradition.

 Conference on the meaning of death and altars  (Led by Santiago Baeza professor, artist, columnist and cultural promoter)

 Pan de muerto (Day of the Dead bread)

San Antonio Tlayacapan greeted her guests

with Pan de Muertos, Mexican Hot Chocolate

and Mezcal.

Maestro Santiago Baeza gave a very detailed and entertaining

lecture, taking us on the Mictlan journey through the

9 levels of the underworld.

More Pan de Muertos, Hot Chocolate and Mezcal were

offered during the Papel Picado workshop.
